Dr Lindsay Moran

Dr. Lindsay Moran, an alumnus of the University of Leeds Medical School, UK, where she graduated in 2005, embarked on her medical journey training as a GP and Cosmetic Physician. Her foray into cosmetic medicine began with comprehensive training in London in 2008, laying the foundation for a career that spanned both the UK and Australia. Dr. Moran has contributed her expertise to several cosmetic companies before establishing her private practice. In 2013, she relocated to Melbourne, where she currently serves as a GP at the Showgrounds, a Cosmetic Physician, and holds the esteemed position of Academic Medical Student Mentor at the University of Melbourne.

Boasting a decade of professional experience, Dr. Moran has honed her skills as an adept injector, specialising in anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers. Her general practice is characterized by a keen interest in the management of facial skin conditions, including acne, rosacea, seborrhoeic keratosis, pigmentation disorders, and eczema. Dr. Moran is profoundly committed to women and children’s health, chronic disease management, sexual health, mental health, and sports medicine.

Dr. Moran’s contributions extend beyond clinical practice into medical education, where she has served at the University of Leeds Medical School, Monash University in Melbourne, and the University of Melbourne. Her extensive involvement in committees for the Royal College of GPs in the UK, the Royal Australian College of General Practice, and WONCA (the World Organisation of GPs) underscores her dedication to the medical community, evidenced by her participation and leadership in GP conferences globally.

Outside of her professional life, Lindsay is a devoted wife and mother to two young children. While her earlier days were filled with dining out, partying in the city, skiing every winter, and biking in the summer, she now treasures a rare full night’s sleep and the occasional moments of tranquillity.
